Sagitine orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney within 7 business days of placing your order if your pieces are in stock.
Our delivery partners will normally deliver your pieces within 7-10 business days for Metro deliveries and 15 days for regional deliveries. If you’re in Western Australia or in Regional Australia, it can occasionally can take a bit longer to get to you.
Once your order has been processed you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and be able to track your order.

Unfortunately we don’t deliver to PO BOX addresses.
If you’ve purchased a product on pre-order you would’ve been given an estimated delivery date at the time of ordering. When the stock is getting close to being ready we’ll let you know so you can get as excited a us.
Once you’re products have landed at the warehouse and are ready to ship, we’ll send you shipping confirmation so you can track your delivery.
Your delivery date is an estimate given to us by our wonderful manufacturing partners, but occasionally things don’t go 100% to plan and there are delays. If this happens, we’ll keep you up to date. Returns or exchanges:
If you’re not happy with your Sagitine products we offer a full refund or exchange on any full priced products, excluding any shipping costs.
Just get in touch with us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return and we’ll help out. For a return to be valid the products need to have their original packaging and be unused and undamaged.
Damaged or faulty orders:
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the details of the damage, any photos if possible and the name the order was placed under and we’ll offer a replacement or a refund.
